1. Exhibitors are required to fill in the Application Form for Participation, fax or submit it to the Organizing Committee after the official seal is affixed.
2. Exhibitors shall remit 50% (or 100%) of the participation fee to the designated account of the Organizing Committee within 7 days after registration to get the booth.
3. Booths and advertisements shall be uniformly allocated by the Organizing Committee. Exhibitors who apply for participation and pay the fee earlier will be given priority in the allocation of booths and ads. Co-organizers also have the privilege in the allocation of booths and ads.
4. The organizer has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when it is necessary to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition. The organizer may delay or cancel the exhibition due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions and social anomalies.
